Breve descripción del cargo
Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customization and configuration of modules such as ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware. Develop and maintain custom scripts, workflows, and business rules to automate processes and improve efficiency. Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to ensure the platform is utilized effectively.
Habilidades requeridas
Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including core components and modules. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and scripting within the ServiceNow platform. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
